I put a lighter in my 95 Asp. on the right hand side of the dash panel. Just a cheapie from Cut Rate Auto, and have had no problem with it in any weather. Plus, if you lose the cheap ones, it's only about a buck or two to replace it. As opposed to a 30# lighter.
