I can vouch for this as well. One of my GL1000 Aspencade (1983) buddies sent his CB off for repair to Clarion. I gave him a hand to strip the parts out, what a mess of wires in the fairing! Anyway he sent it off in mid-October and recieved it back second week in December. We fitted it back in and it works great. Total cost $229, including shipping back.
