Well seeing as how it started out as a street legal bike. And was simply converted to a trike, I see no reason why it couldn't be titled and tagged for street use. How is it any different than any other custom trike conversion? I mean other than bing ugly as home made sin.

Well. . . . . for starters, it has virtually no rear fenders, and a non-DOT front tire . . .

Looks to me like it started out as a regular, 3 wheel atv and was modified. Some states will register an atv as street legal if it meets their requirements. In MS, rearview mirrors and turn signals aren't required on motorcycles nor is eye protection....but a helmet is. Go figure!

It would get a tag here in SD, even with that non-DOT tire.
It is not allowed on the Interstate Highway System here.
It would be considered a motorcycle for registration.
ATVs are considered having four wheels here and are registerable/tagable.
There's a whole lotta young'unsriding 'em.
SD is kinda wide-open... and me likes it that-a-way.
