Cleaning an exhaust

I bought a used exhaust in decent condition (no rusted out holes in the pipes). It had some semi-minor surface rust that steel wool and some Turtle wax chrome polish cleaned up pretty nice. After scrubbing the rust off, I found the right side exhaust does have some yellowing of the muffler. Does anybody know of anything to get the yellowcleaned up?
