Hi,I have a set of chrome plug covers,could any one tell me if the rounded part of covers goes to the front or back of the bike,iknow they bolt to the lower fairing & sit on top of the rocker box,ihave looked in manual but it does not show it as it is a addon,any help much appreiciated,bikerfred

Hi bikerfred, welcome

When fitted as intended, the open end of the covers face forward, bolted on withthe lower fairing screw and a smaller dedicated screw about 2" to the rear, there should be a tag with a threaded hole.

As you can imagine, any kind of wet weather or puddle hopping and all the water ends up in your sparker's and leads causing arcing and engine miss-fire.

The best way to fit them is with the curved edge forward you'll probably have to make a small bracket to be able to do this.
