GL1000 and GL1100 exhaust valves are identical. Prices new vary from $45-$60, Saber-Cycle has them (OEM) for $45 each- http://www.saber-cycle.com/store/product331.html

Partsnmore also list them for $15 but I'm not sure if they are OEM (it says OEM ref). This is the description;

"Fits GL1000 (75-79) & GL1100 (80-83)1Made in Japan1OEM Ref. 14721-371-000"

Its about halfway down this page;

EDIT: Sorry guys its showing as "out of stock" when you click the link for more information.

That's a good question. Was the head already off and you discover a crack?

Yes I am doing upper end restore. Preventitive maintianance. New gaskets,new timing belts New valve seals and lapping valves. And thats when I noticed an exhaust valve with a couple cracks starting to run from the outer edge. Lapping wasn't making them go away,A good sign the valve is starting to wear/or burn. Cracks sometimes appear from heat causing it to start to burn the valve face.
