I hate to bring this one up but if the small port in the rear master cylinder is plugged it will be nearly impossible to bleed the system. There are two ports between the reservoir and the master cylinder bore. One is around 1/8" or a bit smaller, the other looks like the same size hole but dead ended. It isn't dead ended, there's a very small hole in the bottom of the larger hole. I use a bristle from a fine wire brush to poke it out.
