Greetings to all from Manitoba, Canada.
I am new to this message board. I just bought a 1996 GL1500SE in Reno. I flew to Reno in May and rode the bike back. It was a nice ride until the snowstorm in North Dakota. On my way back the fuel gauge, temp gauge, stand down light, OD light and the taillight went dead. I was riding in the rain and thought a connector might have gotten wet. All lights and indicators have come back on but they do go out every once in a while. They all go out and come on at the same time so they appear to be on the same circuit or go through the same connector. Wet weather and/or a bump on the road don’t seem to effect on or off. They seem to go out and come on at will. Any body else have a similar problem?
