Need to remove dash panel to install some risers. Dont have a manual yet. Is their a fairly simple way to remove panel. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes, pull up on the instrument cover at both sides below the ignition switch to release it from the grommets then pull back to release the clips at the front. Then disconnect the tweeter wires and the display connector, which is a pain. Once you get the cover off then remove the 4 screws that hold the instrument panel and tie it up to the windshield with a bungee cord.

Exactly! ....and, if you use a long skinny screw driver you can sometimes avoid having to unscrew/lift the meter panel just by turning to full lock , then unscrewing the two screws on the plastic steering head cover. The handlebar/riser bolts are accessible without panel removal

When you get in there, stuff shop rags or something in all the opening in the open parts of the fairing or one of the shims will fall into the bike.
