I just finished putting new Progressive springs in my front forks and then hooked it all back up... After I finished, I realized I forgot to add the fork oil... ARGH ! Instead of tearing it all back down again, I would like to add the oil thru the air line fittings... My question is: How much oil in CCs or fluid oz should I add per fork?

many thanks..

I just looked at my Clymer manual and it lists 5.8 ozs for gl 1000's and for a '83 9.8 ozs. I guess you can split the difference and use any amount between those numbers.,,,
