Did anybody ask for money back from Honda service...

There are many posts about mechanics replacing part after part trying to solve a problem. This story can be useful.
My former girlfriend brought her van to Chrysler dealership complaining about vibration.
Mechanic replaced 2 axles and it didn't help. She asked for maney back. Mechanic installed her old axles back and she got her money back.
I am not saying everybody will get money back but at least you have to ask.

Glad she got her money back. Too bad a dealership cannot actually diagnose and repair the vehicle right but at least they were honest.

You should never have to pay for anything if your problem is not fixed. If we replace a pert at the dealership where I work and at all the other dealers I have worked for and it doesn't solve the problem we either leave the new part on and don't charge for it or put the original one back on and do something else. I don't think we have ever failed to fix anything that was fixable.

If only the healthcare industry worked that way.

It's a shame that we have to go that far and sue these companies.
