OK I got a tire, rim, and rotor off ebay. Now I see the rotor on the recent purchased rim is different. It has long holes in the rotor. The rotor on my bike has round holes. Also the mounting area on the rim looks like a crown, and my (95 se) has a flat mounted rotor.

Did I get the wrong rim/rotor? Is this one I picked up for a 88-89 wing?

thanks

I believe the 88-89 did have a different rotor than the 90-up. It is very possible that is what you got.:(

Yes, the 88s have diagonal slotted holes.

The rear rotor on an 88 is smaller in diameter. Many like me, upgrade to the larger rotor and we would have hadto change the caliper bracket.

I do not know if there is a difference for the front rotors, but the 88s fronts rotors are also slotted.
