I was putting on a new tire and saw these two plugs under the seat and i looked for a wire diagram that would show them but didn't find anything, i was just curious what they were for

I'm thinking rear seat intercom and PTT switch.

SO far looking at the wiring diagram, . . .
The red plug with RED GREEN wires is for "Trunk light option".

The Red White Orange Yellow wires (still looking)
All the diagrams I have (for Interstate) don't show these 4 wires.
. . . . My guess would be with AZ, intercom.

Don't forget that the connections for the rear speaker kit are back there. Could one of those plugs be for that add on kit?

There should be 3 plugs in there. C89 red 2 pin, C302 black 4 pin, and C304 brown 6 pin. C89 is definitely for the optional trunk light. C302 is for the rear speaker kit and C304 is for a passenger audio controller/ CB transmit.

I added a rear PPT switch/volume control for the passenger and had to plug into the brown connector, I believe.
