OK here's what I found today and if my wife says no to me buying it.....then this beauty gets the engine stripped out and set to Canada here is "THE BUY OF THE CENTURY"

For Sale One 1983 Honda Gold Wing .....Loaded with every thing ...Clarion type II radio, CB, Intercom, full instrumentation as in volt meter........All in perfect working condition.....Lots of extra chrome goodies as in upper and lower light bars ..All in great condition....Needs a front tire only!!!! Now here is the great part.....This black beauty has only...........14,000 miles....Still has owners manuals, radio manual, and complete tool kit......Carburetors rebuilt totally, Gas tank flushed and cleaned, all new filters.....No leaking shocks or front forks.....This Wing Is Still Brand New....Down side there area couple of small areas where the clear coat is flaking off as in on faux tank covers.... and ALL of this for ......Are you ready.....$2000.00 .....:shock:.....If it's not sold by this coming Friday the engine is going to be taken off and shipped to Canada....:(

aspencade or interstate ? i would preffer a interstate , a lot less electrics to worry with. just my 2 cents.

After going back and drooling on it one more time I think its an Aspy....It has too much extras not to be????? I will check with Tigger Monday AM .....

I learn something new everyday....I thought and I guess "Tigger" did too thought because it is loaded out thought it was an Aspy.....It doesn't matter to me...Its a beautiful machine and I'm not going to have to spend a fortune on it just to ride it.....I need to pay more attention to what I say, but in the excitement of the moment ...I lost it.....Forgiven????

Interstate can have all them goodies, you just had to pay extra to have them installed.

Honda didn't offer a whole lot of extras (like the light bars), most obviously came from the aftermarket like Drag Specialties, Markland, etc...

It is nice to have a bike come with all them goodies on it though!

I had to take the pictures I got of it today surrounded by other bikes.....But I did get some pictures...I will get Baggy to help me post them in the AM.....It runs so smooth it is unreal....No rattles, pings or any thing....Engine is really tight.....Saturday when I go to pick it up I will take some real good pictures of it.....She already has a name....Its "Claude & Janell's Black Beauty"......The fastest color I've been told...

The two-tone paint job on the Aspencade refers to the '82 and '83 GL1100's...
