I know it sounds like I have no business working ona motorcycle with this question, but could someone please tell me if there is a drain plug / petcock for the radiator? I'm trying to replace the antifreeze and for the life of me can not find a way to drain it short of removing the lower hose. I lurk around this site a lot and have learned so much from just reading the posts. This is a valuable and entertaining site. Thanks in advance for any help.

There is a coolant drain plug just below the lower radiator hose thermostat housing. Remove plug to drain cooling system.

This plug is just to the right of the oil drain plug when looking at the motor headon from the front of the bike so don't remove the wrong plug.

Yes. Here is a terrible picture. The drain bolt is just below the lower hose spigot. Between the numbers 2 and 3.
