I just got a check from the lawyers representing the plaintiffs in a class action suit against Ebay Motors; $14

Apparently Ebay overcharged on parts from 2004 to 2007? or so.

Anybody get a refund besides me?

For those that rec'd a check on the eBay settlement - look at the void date. Late December.

Dancinbear, yingling is the guy/company that started the class action suite.

Apparently, you sold stuff under ebay motors parts and were overcharged by Ebay

$5 is some percentage of the fee charged to you.
