Am wanting to fix an electric windshield wiper to my 1500 .

is there one on the market or whats best to use

There were a couple back in the day of the 1100 but I haven't seen one in years except on the 1800 for the Japanese market.

I saw a generic motorized wiper at a marine supply storeawhile back, for only $50... looked like it could be adapted to a bike's windshield.

Seems as though a wiper would scratch the windshield. I use the 210 plexiglass cleaner and the water beads up and runs right off.

Cheers guys i do use a spray that helps but here in the uk we get lots of rain and had a manual wiper not safe in my eyes to use while riding

Cheers Bigmick will look into that maybe not that one as its a little bit pricy but may get simlar from boat yard

Also check F4 windshield website, as they advertise a wiper won't scratch their very tough shield material. Shield is pricey, so passed on buying it; got SlipStreamer instead. TTFN.....papasmurf
