Electrical Problem Persists

I've been asking everywhere this problem but haven't found the answer yet. Hope I can solve it here. I have an '03 GL1800 and the clock and trip meter both reset when the ignition key is turned off. The cruise works but will not resume back to previously set speeds. I put in a new battery and all fuses check out OK. Been to three dealers and their service techs didn't know what the problem would be. Any ideas for me?

Check fuse #22 marked "batt" on the fuse cover. The cruise resume is a different issue. It will not resume to previous speed if the ignition is turned off but otherwise it could be the switch is dirty.
