2002 gl1800 riding, when over dip in road lost turn signals, 4-way,radio, intercom,lights of fire on front wheel, horn works brake lights work, headlights work any clues?

Checked all the fuses? Relays? Probably a loose connection somewhere but I'll bet you'll go through a ton of them to find which one...

Be sure and check all fuses that may be in addition to the fuse box inside the left side panel. Particularly fuses in wires connected to the ACCESSORY contact and/or fuses from accessory switches.

The accessory relay, #12 in relay box under the seat or
Fuse 21 in the fuse box.

You said you seen "fire" at the front wheel as in sparks? The first thing I would do would be to check any and all wiring that goes down to your front wheel. My guess is you got a major short there. Then go through your fuses and check them. Whatever lights you have there must be connected to the same circuit as your signals etc. I am guessing your left handlebar electrical stuffs.
