Have a wire pulled out of connection under seat how do I get pin out of connection block?

Preferably, you use a Pin Extraction Tool.
the tool is hollow in the center, and it slips over the terminal and will depress the Spring Lock.

If you are very careful, you can use a super tiny flat screwdriver blade to push in from the terminal side to depress the Spring Lock and let it slip back out.
While you are doing that, you push in on the Wire to make the terminal go forward as far as possible, to allow the screwdriver room to get in and depress the Spring Lock.

Been there, done that, 1000s of times on the job.

Another possibility is you could cut the appropriate wire on the opposite side of the connector. Then you could reconnect the ends outside the connector. Little crude but it works fine.

There's a guy or two on YouTube that shows how to work with a whole bunch of Honda connectors.
