Well I bought a 18 mm spark plug socket and borrowed my friends compression gage to check the 1984 1200cc wing to make sure it has a blown gasket. Leaking cylinder is rear cylinder on the riders left. Is that #3 or #4? Compression on this cylinder is 135. On the other three compression ranges from 165-170. Spark plug tip on leaking cylinder was rusty. I hope the block isn't pitted. Will find that out later on. If block is okay, going to change thermostat, radiator cap, timing belts, water pump and flush radiator. Is there any thing else I should do while into this end of things. Will also check and flush brakes as money becomes available.
Thanks
