ENGINE REV WHEN PRESSING CLUTCH

Hi all,
I noticed the last couple of times as I am cruising say at 120 klm (or less), when I press the Clutch lever a little the revs increase but do not decrease when I let the clutch go. I have to release the accelerator and re-accelerate in order to come to normal engine revs.

Does this mean the clutch is saying bye bye to me?? (disc??)

cheers

what if you pull hard on the throttle? Will it slip?

Did you change the oil recently? Energy conserving type oils are not suitable for motorcycle clutches.

You might bleed the clutch with new fluid if you haven't already done so.
