I would be surprised if that filter is the problem. It would probably be a welcomed relief though! :)



Maybe the pump needs to be cleaned or replaced if the filter doesn't do the trick.

At this point, I would take the tank out and have it cleaned, or clean it yourself, and recoated if needed.

At least remove it and clean it out for sure.

New lines sound like they may also be in order. It will mostly be time consuming and not too expensive to do if you don't have to re-coat the inside of the tank.

You can also get a good look at the lines from the pump too.


You have done so much already, might as well put in a few more hours to be sure.
