Do these carb have accelerater pumps on them? since the carbs were redone, did something get missadjusted? It the accelorater pump getting fuel. In case you don't know, the accerlorater pump pumps fuel into the carbs when the throttle is first twisted. After it is twisted, the vacuum from the engine pulls it in. When the throttle is increase, there is a drop in vacuum initially, therefore not as much full is pulled in and the accel pump makes up for it. If you look in the carb from the air side, with the engine off, twist the throttle, you should see a squirt of fuel get squirted into the carbs. It maybe there but it also must be enough.

I don't know these carbs but 95% of the carbs on the market for MC's have them.

I thought you had mentioned that the bike bogs when accelerating and then picks back up to normal speed. If this is the case and you have no trouble maintaining a decent speed, then I believe your problem will be in the accelerator pump circuit of the carb. Either it is dirty, clogged or not adjusted right. Seafoam may help this if it is dirty or partially clogged. Having the carbs serviced, they may have not cleaned out the section of the carberator or misadjusted it when they put back together.

The accelerator pump parts on most carbs have a diaphram to performs the pumping. If it not set in correctly or is ripped AT ALL, it won't work properly which will also create the problem you are discribing.

How far away from Deland florida are you. I know a guy who is pretty good with carberators that lives in Deland. If you are not that far from him, I can call him to see if he can help you out. He use to work in a motorcycle repair shop. He is retired now. I don't think he will charge you much to work on it.
