if a stock exhaust is not a priority i'd look at a Campbell X-Pipe for the back half,its only slightly louder than stock,weighs almost nothing,and provides better power and low end torque
Stock is ridiculously expensive. If your headers are useable then I would look to do the Harley conversion. For quiet, look for a set of take offs from a Roadking or Ultra. Very high quality, long life, not too loud and best of all cheap. Try doing some searches on the subject. I think there is also a how too post in the reference section.
