I find myself leaning down and having to put a lot of effort into seeing the display due to glare. Could this be just me due to regressing eyesight or the fact that I wear polarized eye-ware?

Bikefix, Polarized eyewear, while very effective at reducing glare, does make reading any LCD or TFT displays very difficult. I notice it when I try to read my smartphone or my TOM TOM during the day when wearing my polarized lenses.
