After 4 months of hard work I'm done with the rebuild except for the badges.(Repainting and gold leafing them) This bike was a mess last fall. Had to replace the main wire harness and all the wiring for the lights and switches. HOK Brandywine candy over large gold metal flake, HOK red to gold chameleon in the two tone sections, new painted stripes and 12 coats of clear. So much sanding! I know some would say take off all the bling. Adds to much weight blah blah but who ever built this bike spared no expense. If they made it he bought it. It's one of a kind and I wanted to resurrect it back to its former glory.
Not gonna do alot of night riding and they are on switches so I can choose to run them or not.. I have a secondary battery with an isolator in a saddlebag that they are run off so they have a headstart.
