First Ride of 2013

It was a beautiful day yesterday in the foothills. +13c, blue bird skies, dry pavement and fresh snow on the mountains.
Got the Wing started, dust blown off it and windshield cleaned. I headed out South of town just after noon. I put on 235 km over all the familiar roads I normally ride. Lots of gravel around the intersections and corners but not to bad.
It was sure nice to ride again since my fall riding was cut a month short due to early snow. It is going to be another nice day today and I will be going again later.

Got my first ride in today. Only did about 50 miles, but it was good to be back in the seat again and on the road. Hope to get in a ride tomorrow as well, though it might rain.
