Well, all of you that have to park your rides in the winter know that the first ride or two of the season is to get wake up your skills and get your "legs" under you. It can be a little shaky for the first couple miles, but it comes back to you.

ALL of you know what it's like to get used to new tires.

Well, when I rolled the wing out this spring , HORRORS, weather cracks all the way around on both sides.

So I waited till the budget allowed, pulled the wheel, and had the tire replaced. Took it out for the first ride of the season and after taking it out for a short ten mile ride I brought it back into the garage, up on the ramps and double checked all the bolts and the axle. I could have sworn something was wrong with the front end the way the tire dove into the curves.

I remembered how much I hate getting used to new tires.
