My Super Duper hight tech fork seal installation device is a hunk of 1.5 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe. For the 1000 I have sanded it down slightly on one end but I am pretty sure the 1100 tubes are just a couple of mm larger so it should work fine.

That's a useful tool Steve, I think this should be in the Reference forum.

Johny, I don't know if you are trying to do it with the tubes off or on the bike.I know there are a lot of good tools shown on the forum and in the archives. Most of these involve PVC and I am sure all are functional especially if you have the tube off. I tried these tools but because I am going to ride this 1100 until one of us can't do it anymore I bought the MotionPro fork seal driver and it was worth every penny. I have changed my seals twice on the jack with the tubes on the scooter and the tool made it a piece of cake. Your call, dj
