When I got my 1500 a few month ago their was a set of floorboards in thesaddle bag with heel toe shifter, and anothercrom part that looks like a 1 1/2 by 2 three inch tall with rubber top.Any Idea what it is?I know I should have a picture, just hopping some one knows what it is. JIM

Pad for brake pedal?

Probably either a brake pedal pad as Tigger mentionedoraheel rest for the brake side, so your foot is at the same height of the brake pedal when you are in slow traffic etc., and are doing a lot of braking. It just makes it easier to repeatedly use the brake pedal.

The best thing you can do is to take that bag full of stuff and bury it at a crossroads on a midnight with a full moon.:whip:

sounds like a brake riser to me. My 1500 came with floorboards. went back to pegs after about 6 months, The bike shifts better,I feel like I have more control with the rear brake, and it is more comfortable to ride. The floor boards pushed my feet out an inch or 2. also I can reach the ground better
