This isa difficult impasse for me. I am not a joiner...Am 56yrs young, retired, divorced and have been riding since before I was 10 yrs old. Started on mini-bikes, owned many motorcycles thru the years, Garelli, Hodaka, Suzuki, Bultaco, (yeah, dirt rider for years), Moto-Guzzi, Yamaha, Triumph, BSA, Harley...but have an 84 Aspencade that I have put on over 150K. Just put it away for the winter. Have never owneda Ducati or a Beaull-(sp)...but pretty much most bikes that have been available, even ran Trials bikes for awhile.
I need help, am looking to buy a 2005 or newer 1800 and am overwhelmed as to where the H*** to look. There's alotta crap on these things nowadays! I will list a 'wanted ad' in the proper section but any and all advice from you wll be greatly appreciated!
I am a veteran and live to climb on my bike. I am hoping to locate a bike that I can fly out to get in spring and ride home to the Northwoods. Anyway, Thanx for this forum and also in advance of any helpfull knowledge that you are willing to impart! I am the lone riding guy who will stop and do everything possible for any biker that is in trouble!!!
