Hi JJ and welcome to the forum. There is a 8 0r 10mm bolt in the anti-dive unit for draining the oil. You could drill a hole in the caps (lots of people do this and thread a tyre valve in so they can add air) but you will need to be careful that filings don't fall into the forks. It's not a big job to remove the caps and just pour in the oil.
