Welcome to the forum TALLEN! :waving:

I hear a lot of good things about progressive springs. I don'tknow a link for them but if you do a search on the forum for them I'm sure you will find one. Or wait, I'm sure some one will come along who has a link!

Hi Tallen and welcome to the forum. If you type "fork oil" in the search box at the top of the page you will find loads of posts about how to do this. That will save us typing it all again. If you still have questions after reading through them then feel free to ask them.

Most people just change the oil first and see if the bike handles up to their expectations. Progressives are a last resort for most of us, but tehy do make a very big difference.
