So here is the issue? I grab both handlebars, shake left to right pretty hard and quick and then stop there is a short wobble after I stop, is this normal? if not what could cause the wobble?:?

The tire is rubber so it will not quit moving as quickly as metal parts. Also, if you do not have a fork brace they will flex back to normal after you stop shaking.
If it does nothing like this moving without more information it sounds ok. Even shocks take a moment to settle.

Don't particularly like it, but is normal for my bike too!

+1, front end wobble and a wing normal. To correct fork brace or progressive springs a mod well worth the money.

I think you are referring to sitting on the center stand and shaking the bars. If so mine does the same thing. I spent hours trying to find cure to no avail. Just the way it is.
