Aboveis the part number for the spacer/collar that goes directly on the front axel to the right/throttle side of the bike.

Below is the part numebr for the spacer that goes betweent he brake disc and the wheel on the same side.

45128-MB9-870

Below is the part number for the dampening shim that goes between the brake disc and the wheel on the left/clutch side.

45128-445-630

Below is the part number for the spacer/collar that goes directly on the front axel on the left/clutch side.

44620-410-000

Rayandtracy, going by brokewingers GREATLY appreciated research, the part number is 44311-425-870. THis is the spacer that sits in the fork assembly.

I have a spacer from the 1200I best I can tell they are the same.
