My GW 2002 Trike {just got it} has a new 130 70 X 18 Michelin mounted wrong rotation. Should I be concerned about this? The tire still has the centerline on it, some tell me this is done on trikes? Thanks for the help Bart
while I would prefer the rotation to be 'forwards',
if that is a Rear Tire normally, it will be mounted "backwards",
so quit worrying about it.
My:
Front tire is 130/70R-18 Avon Roadrider rear tire mounted on the front, Backwards
the reasoning is:
When you hit the brakes HARD!!!
the tire casing will not unravel on you, the rest of the time, it is just coasting along, doing nothing, except pointing the way.
