FS: GL1200 volume/tune control & face plate

Have an extra volume/tone control & face plate for GL1200s. Controls work, have new knobs and needed gaskets/washers/nuts (if you've taken one apart, you know...).

The face plate/cover is in great condition. No cracks and white letters are bright.

Would like to sell both in one shot for $30 plus shipping. If have to split, would like $20 plus shipping for the cover and $15 plus shipping for the controls (seems fair compared to other prices seen...).

Shipped USPS --combinedweightis 1 pound. Shipped from 62025 if you want to estimate.

Replace somethingbroken or just spruce things up!

* Sorry, I meant tone control, not tune controlas title says... *

I hope you still have these items available next week. I'm so new to the Goldwing and motorcycle world that it's ridiculous. That's why I ask this quesstion. What exactly does this unit do?I'm still trying to find a reasonably priced owner's manual. Your help will be appreciated. CJ

Hi CJ,

Welcome to the life :waving:

The control on the left is for the auto volume -- this adjusts the volume up and back down based on your speed. I don't know the increments, but it's likely someone else here does...

The control on the right is for the tone of the music --if you ever had a tone dial on a boombox, it's the same thing. Turned one way, you catch more of the highs. Turned the other, more of the lows...
