I've been looking for a fuel filter for the 1100A on docs web site a NAPA sub is REF. So the fuel filter of a 1200 and/or 1500 look almostidentical to the 1100, wonderingwhat isthedifference, is it functional,is itfit or both?

hose size diamater just go to autozone and buy a simple inline filter nothing more

The car inline filters tend to be too fat to fit the bracket neatly. NAPA 3011 I believe fits nicely.

I like the $10 glass filters, the ones you can unscrew and clean or replace the element inside.

Nice and small, easy fit, and you can see the fuel and gunk if it starts to get trashy. I sometimes use them as the only filter or a pre-filter to keep the expensive throw away types cleaner longer.

Not recommended for in the tank high pressure systems, but work fine for me on anything the pump is after the filter.

Generally find the glass type over with the chrome type accessories in part stores.

I used the NAPA 3011 on my 1100, it's a bit too large for the bracket, so it won't close all the way, but it holds it tight and works perfectly.
