I have a 1997 Goldwing GL 1500. When I cranked the bike yesterday after

not running the bike for several months, it started pouring gas out of the bottom.

Can anyone tell me what my problem is and how to solve it?

Coming where from the bottom? If it's under the center, could be the rubber diaphragm in the auto shutoff valve or up front more, possibly a stuck carb float. Maybe even bad or cracked hose connections, fuel filter. Can you pinpoint a little better?

Possably a stuck float valve. I have tapedon the float bowl before and loosend them up, or maybe rocking the bike back and forth or let the gas run though and the float may reseat it's self. Put a pan under the bike to catch the gas.

Others may have a better idea.

The leak does seem to be coming from the center of the bike at the bottom.

Hopefully, you can at least see where it's leaking from, if you open the gas cover access door. Then once you determine where it's coming from, it doesn't take much to remove the top compartment housing the radio, to make your repair.
