Same here most of the time. Sometimes I straddle & rock instead, but do it standing so I don't have my weightading extra strain on the stand.put sidestand down. left hand on the left handlebar grip.
right hand on the handle at the seat. push down with right hand and once the back wheel touches the ground. pull up and forward with the right hand. while you balance it with the left hand. once its off. let it sit on the side stand.
