I am attempting to do an "in-bike" dismantal/rebuildof my 1980 GL1100 clutch
1.I can't figure out how to secure the clutch assy. so I can brake the slotted center nut loose.
2. I have the special slotted nut tool
3. My Hynes manual says to put a wrench on the alternator center bolt but it just unloosened.
4. I don't want to brake or bend or brake 'stuff' so locking the rear tire...or using 'c' clamps seem too risky
Anyone solved this problem?
Help :shock:eeep!!
