pulled the heads and now ii need to find the best gasket set. any ideas what to get. have read on here bout some not so good to use.

Use OEM Honda head gaskets. The other parts involved (O-rings and stuff) can be aftermarket but aftermarket head gaskets seem to have a higher failure rate. Use a straight edge to check the "flatness" of the heads. When torquing the head bolts make sure to do it the way the manual describes (moly grease on the threads and under the heads).
