I'm away on business travel for a while. Just as I was putting my GL-1200 away while I'm gone I noticed that a wire was damaged by a mouse.

I'm away from my resources, and can't look this up, but I'm still curious. So I thought I'd ask.

GL-1200 - coming from the fuse block (air cleaner area) is a green wire with a black trace. What is it??

Thanks.

Wish I knew how to post a diagram the 84 manual shows it runs to the ACC relay from the ignition switch.
Hope this helps
Opps pulled up the one for a 03 sorry:cheesygrin:

Thanks for the reply. I realized I forgot to clarify the year, yes it's an 84 Interstate.

The damage is slight and I'm patient enough to fix it correctly.

is the ACC relay that you posted correct, or incorrect?

From what I can read on the PDF still looks to be the ACC. Hopefully some one with more knowledge comes along.
Man I was hoping to help someone, with all I've learned here I just wanted to contribute.
Really enjoyed our 84, wish we hadn't sold it now.

It does still start/run just fine.
