Barn Find.. After finally getting her running, I noticed the front forks are askew to the right at the triple tree ? How do you adjust for this, outside of turning left to get em straight ? Thanks,

If the down tubes aren't bent, loosen the triple tree and clamps and the axle clamps. Get someone to help you hold the tire while twisting the handlebar the opposite way. Tighten everything up when the tubes are parallel. It may take a little trial and error.

i wouldnt have thought thetrees could twist on the bike, the steeringstem and the bottom tree are one unit and the top tree the other, once the stantions/fork tubehave been put in place and tightened, i should be alinged, it looks to me that its been impact damage and the chances are the steering stem itself is bent, and the only way to tell is to pull the trees off
