How do you remove the resevoir? Does it press in or screw in?:?:?:?



Oh, yeh, It is a 1975 GL1000.



The rest of my restore is comming along well.:clapper::clapper::clapper::clapper::clapper::?

The parts fiche shows 2 screws, but I'm not 100% sure because I always thought the reservoir was a push fit.

There are 2 scrwews that hold the metal plate in the bottom of the well. Remove that then pry the resevoir off the base. I would not do this unless you are replacing it though. they do break easily if the wrong force is applied.
