I have a 1992 aspencade and I started my bike went down the road about 2 miles, and noticed my amps were falling fast. The bike started missing I got it home, I can jump it off or charge it up and as soon as it cranks the amps start falling fast... about 1 amp a minute. it usually runs around 13.5.has anyone experienced this problem before?

You probably mean volts, not amps. Sounds like alternator failure.
