What is the proper torque for the Left Side (By Gearshift) timing belt tensioners on the 83 Aspencade?

Thanks,

i could not find it in my book. but i dont think 20 ft lbs is too much. that would be my guess. let me know if you find out what it should be and where it is found. --- ok?

the 1500 manual calls for 19 ft lbs. for whats its worth.

I broke a bolt in my Top camshaft #2 on top, as I was checking the torque on it. Found out I was using wrong bolts. Was in order. I am nerve wrecked! My Son's 2000 Camaro anti Theft system locked down when he come down Tuesday. Tried everything I could do for a reset. Between both of these, you can see why.
Thanks,
David

is there enough of the broken bolt sticking out that you could weld a flat washer in the middle of the stud and then weld a 10mm nut on top of the washer for a possible very easy extraction? If not get a nice drill that runs in reverse, some cobalt left handed drill bits.
