If it doesn't move with the spark plug changing cylinders, and you haven't put on new plug wires and spark plug caps, it should only cost @$35 to get new caps(NGK), wire(6' cut to 18" each) and NGK plugs. A small m/c shop in your area should have them in stock(if you put your town in your profile I would have posted a shop as I grew up in Amherst and was parts manager at Nashua Honda in 76/77 and know some of the guys still in shops around the area)
Or you could have a stuck float.
