Help are the side covers the same outside size on the GL1100 and GL1200 as I would like to put the add on chrome rails on off a GL1200 as the guy who has them for a good price but I would like to know before I order them. The cover is the battery side and the other side.

The side covers are different, but I don't know if it makes a difference to the chrome rails.
